I've been where you are.

Hi hi, I’m Sarah! I’ve had three kids in four years, so I 100% know how hard it is to get into a workout routine when everything around you is constantly changing! I know what it's like to be pulled in a million directions, exhausted and serving everyone else but yourself.

My wake-up call was at 4 months postpartum with baby #3 when my pelvic health physical therapist told me I should be strength-training for 30 minutes, 3 times a week. I was still waking up multiple times a night to feed my baby at that point, so needless to say this felt like a completely unattainable goal for me.

I decided to create a short 5-minute yoga flow I could do every day that would check the boxes of some specific things my postpartum body needed and wouldn’t stress me out to the point of not committing.

Even though I was tired and overwhelmed, I knew that I could definitely set aside just 5 minutes every day for myself.

Pretty soon I started inviting other moms into this, partly because I figured they’d need it too, and largely because I wanted the accountability of having to show up for others.

So what is it, exactly?

5 Minutes of Movement is a yoga challenge designed for moms in pregnancy and the first year postpartum. For just 3 weeks, we focus on one short yoga flow and commit to practicing it daily.

The 5-minute flow is designed to help you:

  • Build mind-body connection for labor and recovery

  • Do some light core + pelvic floor work each day
     
  • Gently relieve tension from nursing, baby-carrying, or pregnancy

  • Improve sleep and emotional regulation (hello, nervous system reset!)

  • Feel grounded, strong, and supported — even in the midst of this crazy season

What’s included:

  • One 5-minute yoga flow designed specifically for pregnancy & postpartum
  • 10-minute intro video on Day 1 (we walk through the flow together)
  • 5-minute daily practice video for Days 2–15
  • Private community group with your month's cohort for daily tips, check-ins, and support
  • Weekends are off (use them to rest or catch up)
  • You’re never doing it alone! I’ll be there in the group to guide and encourage you.
