Between the changes in our bodies and the demands on our minds, sometimes mom life feels a bit like a perpetual winter. Maybe a sunny winter's day, thanks to the bright joy our little ones bring, but winter nonetheless.

Let's welcome the shifting of the seasons by stepping into our own summer--strengthening our bodies, quieting our minds, and creating momentum for warm days ahead.

The International Day of Yoga coincides with the summer solstice on June 20, 2024, and yogis all around the world practice 108 sun salutations to usher in the new season. Join me for a series of moving meditations (just a few minutes every day!) to build strength in your body and peace in your mind.

I’ve created a brand new never-before-seen video library of follow-along sun salutations--choose your track:

who it's for:

  • Anyone wanting to move their body and maybe sweat a little
  • Anyone tired of boring/mild pre/postnatal workouts
