This daily yoga challenge helps you build strength, release tension, and reconnect with yourself through pregnancy and postpartum.
If you’re growing or raising a baby, your body deserves care, too.
And no, it doesn’t need to take an hour or a trip to the gym.
Five Minutes of Movement is a monthly yoga challenge designed specifically for moms—pregnant or postpartum—who want something simple, consistent, and actually doable.
Just one short sequence a day to:
-
Ease pregnancy aches and postpartum pain
-
Release tension and tightness in the pelvic floor
-
Build the mind-body connection that supports a smoother labor
-
Improve posture and core strength without overdoing it
-
Get back into a movement routine (that doesn’t take over your day)
-
Feel more like you again

October's Flow: Happy Healthy Hips
One of the best things we can do for ourselves in pregnancy and postpartum is strengthen the muscles in and around the hips. Hormones cause things to literally shift, which leaves us with sore joints and stubborn pain. This month we'll be stretching and strengthening the hips with a new yoga flow I've never shared with anyone before! I know you're gonna love it.Â

🗓️ Challenge begins: October 6, 2025
📅 You’ll have access to all challenge materials until Oct 27

Come move with us—just 5 minutes a day can make a big difference.
Holly, mom of 2 (soon to be 3!)
I’m in my third trimester and this challenge helped me stay accountable. It was simple, doable, and helped me feel stronger every day.

Annie, mom of 2
I liked how the challenge didn’t feel like a competition—it felt like a community. And the daily movement really added up!
Nina, mom of 2
Even as a non-yoga person, this felt accessible. I loved how grounded I felt by the end of each practice.

Rebecca, first time mom
Prenatal sun salutations has made these poses very accessible to me at 7 months pregnant! Thanks, Sarah!
