This workshop is designed for mothers at any stage of their motherhood journey. Whether you're pregnant, postpartum, or even several years into motherhood, this course will help you understand and strengthen your core so that you're not dealing with issues like peeing when you sneeze, painful penetration, stubborn low back pain or the infamous "mom pooch."
How long is the workshop?
The Mama Core Workshop is a 2-day workshop. Each day consists of approximately 1.5 hrs of teaching + yoga practice.
