Feel better in your body—in just 5 minutes a day.
This daily yoga challenge helps you build strength, release tension, and reconnect with yourself through pregnancy and postpartum.
If you’re growing or raising a baby, your body deserves care, too.
And no, it doesn’t need to take an hour or a trip to the gym.
Five Minutes of Movement is a monthly yoga challenge designed specifically for moms—pregnant or postpartum—who want something simple, consistent, and actually doable.
Just one short sequence a day to:
-
Ease pregnancy aches and postpartum pain
-
Release tension and tightness in the pelvic floor
-
Build the mind-body connection that supports a smoother labor
-
Improve posture and core strength without overdoing it
-
Get back into a movement routine (that doesn’t take over your day)
-
Feel more like you again
August's Flow: Whole Body Love
This month’s focus is a little bit of everything a tired pregnant/postpartum body needs. We'll stretch and strengthen hips + shoulders, loosen up the spine a bit, and bring in some gentle pelvic floor work every day.
Here’s what you get:
✔️ One longer video (10–15 min) to introduce the full sequence
✔️ One daily video (5–10 min) we repeat throughout the challenge
✔️ Optional access to our community group for encouragement + accountability
✔️ Daily tips + check-ins from me to help you stay consistent and get the most from each practice
🗓️ Challenge begins: August 4, 2025
📅 You’ll have access to all challenge materials until August 25
Come move with us—just 5 minutes a day can make a big difference.
